A Switch Hold is placed either by the utility or the electricity provider that serves your location. There are two scenarios depending on the situation:
1/ If you are trying to set up service in a new residence, you will need to provide some additional information to TARA ENERGY. You can contact them by phone: 866-330-6455 or by email: [email protected]
2/ If you have been residing in that location, please contact your current electricity provider to solve the issue and remove the Switch Hold from your account.
