With PAYLESS POWER, just make sure your funds remain sufficient and take control of your consumption with daily updates regarding usage and charges.

How can I transfer my service to my new address withPayless Power?

I just switched to Payless Power; what should I expect next?

PAYLESS POWER will receive the confirmation that your account status has changed to active from the transmission and distribution service provider you are depending on. Once that confirmation is received, you will receive daily text or email updates regarding your usage.
The cost of your daily usages is deducted from your available account balance and PAYLESS POWER will keep you informed by text or email of your charges and remaining funds.
Note that the daily usage runs two days in arrears. Your daily text or email on Tuesday evening will report your usage from the preceding Sunday.
